British singer-songwriter JD Days is getting into the festive spirit with the release of his new two-track single, Come On It’s Christmas, arriving Friday 6 November 2026.
Bringing together classic British rock influences and original Christmas songwriting, the release features the lead track alongside ‘Here Comes Santa (Radio Edit)’, offering two different takes on the festive season.
‘Come On It’s Christmas’ leads with an upbeat message about friendship, unity and fresh beginnings. Built around driving guitars, energetic rhythms and catchy vocal harmonies, the track encourages listeners to put the past behind them, reconnect with old friends and embrace the approaching celebrations.
Its feel-good chorus and positive outlook give the song a distinctly festive character, while its guitar-driven sound brings a rock edge to the traditional Christmas music landscape.
The second track, ‘Here Comes Santa (Radio Edit)’, takes a more playful direction. Originally written by JD Days and updated with new production for 2026, the song captures the familiar chaos of Christmas preparations, from last-minute shopping and family commitments to the excitement of Christmas Eve.
With its humorous storytelling, lively rock ’n’ roll arrangement and energetic guitar solo, the track provides a lighter counterpart to the uplifting message of the lead single.
Both songs draw on the melodic traditions of British rock and glam rock, particularly the guitar-led sound of the 1970s and 1980s, while incorporating contemporary production.
The release showcases JD Days’ approach to original music, combining familiar seasonal themes with his own songwriting style rather than revisiting established Christmas classics.
Come On It’s Christmas, featuring ‘Here Comes Santa (Radio Edit)’, will be released worldwide on 6 November through JD Days Productions, with digital distribution via DistroKid.
With Christmas just around the corner, JD Days is ready to add a little British rock ’n’ roll to this year’s festive soundtrack.
