Zombie Fest returns to Cambridge Junction on 31 October 2026, bringing more than 90 artists, six stages and a major Halloween celebration to the city.
Cambridge is preparing for a major Halloween celebration as Zombie Fest 9 returns to Cambridge Junction on Saturday 31 October 2026. Set to become the biggest music event ever hosted at the venue, this year’s edition will feature more than 90 acts across six stages, bringing together some of the most recognisable names in dance, jungle, drum & bass, house, hardcore, trance and breakbeat.
With 12 hours of music and entertainment planned, Zombie Fest 9 will bring together generations of electronic music, from iconic 90s dance anthems to the sounds that shaped the UK’s rave culture throughout the 2000s and beyond.
An Iconic Line-Up Across Generations of Dance Music
The extensive line-up includes N-Trance, Stanton Warriors, Jaguar Skills, Barry Ashworth of Dub Pistols, Mr C, Ultrabeat, Ratpack, Dougal, Slipmatt, Grooverider, Logan D, Lisa Pin-Up, Rob Tissera, Alex P, Scott Garcia and MC Vapour, alongside dozens of additional DJs and live performers.
Among the highlights is N-Trance, whose hit Set You Free remains one of the defining dance anthems of the 1990s. Ultrabeat will also bring a dose of early-2000s nostalgia with Pretty Green Eyes, while Scott Garcia and MC Vapour will represent the UK Garage movement with the genre’s unmistakable sound.
The festival will also welcome drum & bass pioneer Grooverider, alongside jungle and rave favourites Ratpack, Dougal and Slipmatt. Jaguar Skills, known for his energetic megamixes and mash-ups, and internationally recognised breakbeat duo Stanton Warriors will further expand the festival’s diverse electronic music offering.
Bringing together artists from different eras and subgenres, the line-up reflects the continued influence of British dance music and its evolution across generations.
From The Voice to the Festival Stage
Zombie Fest 9 will also feature Triple Threat, who recently appeared on ITV’s The Voice, where they were selected by will.i.am. With a further appearance on the television programme expected, the group will bring their performance to the Cambridge festival, adding a live entertainment dimension to an already extensive DJ line-up.
Their inclusion highlights the festival’s mix of established performers and emerging talent, creating a programme that reaches beyond traditional dance music audiences.
A Halloween Experience Beyond the Music
Alongside its six individually themed music areas, Zombie Fest 9 will offer a fully immersive Halloween atmosphere, with themed production, interactive characters, performers and entertainment throughout the Cambridge Junction complex.
Attendees can expect roaming Halloween characters, meet-and-greet experiences and photo opportunities, making the event as much about the atmosphere as the music.
For those seeking a premium experience, the festival will also offer a VIP area featuring queue-jump access, a premium bar, luxury sofas and private toilets.
The main event will be followed by AFTERLIFE, the official afterparty, headlined by internet sensation Fish56Octagon. The additional event will extend the celebrations into the early hours, giving festival-goers even more opportunities to experience the Halloween festivities.
A Decade of Zombie Fest
Since launching in 2015, Zombie Fest has developed from an all-night event at Mildenhall Stadium into one of East Anglia’s established dance music gatherings. Its earlier editions featured up to 10 stages and 150 artists, attracting audiences of up to 2,500 people.
The festival moved to Hi Cambridge in 2023, adopting a daytime-to-midnight format, before relocating to Cambridge Junction in 2025. Throughout its history, the event has hosted major names including Chase & Status, Pendulum, Andy C, Paul Oakenfold, Judge Jules, So Solid Crew, Baby D, Fabio & Grooverider and DJ Hype.
Zombie Fest has also been a three-time finalist at the UK Festival Awards, receiving nominations for Best Small Festival in 2017 and 2018, as well as the Grassroots Festival Award in 2018.
With its ninth edition set to make history at Cambridge Junction, the festival is already looking towards its next milestone. Plans for its 10th edition are currently under discussion, with the next chapter of the brand provisionally titled ZF-X.
As Halloween approaches, Zombie Fest 9 is preparing to bring together dance music fans for a celebration of electronic music, live entertainment and festival culture on an unprecedented scale for Cambridge Junction.
Zombie Fest 9 takes place on Saturday 31 October 2026 at Cambridge Junction, Cambridge. Tickets are on sale now, with early-bird tickets already sold out.
